Terms of Service

By using OroLink ("Service"), you agree to these terms. OroLink is operated by OroFlow, registered in Malaysia.

1. The Service

OroLink provides a link-in-bio page where you can share multiple links from a single URL. We offer free and paid plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use OroLink.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use OroLink to:

• Share illegal content or links to illegal activities
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links
• Post hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Impersonate other people or brands
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create multiple accounts for abuse purposes

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Your Content

You own the content you create on OroLink (links, bio, avatar). By using the service, you grant us permission to display this content publicly on your profile page.

5. OroFlow Branding

Free and Starter accounts include "Powered by OroLink" and promotional links on profile pages. This branding can be removed on Pro and Business plans.

6. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service downtime or interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

OroLink's design, code, and branding are owned by OroFlow. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service or its components.

9. Limitation of Liability

OroLink is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, OroFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

11. Referral Program

OroLink may offer a referral program. Referral rewards are only granted after the referred customer completes a qualifying payment. Abuse of the referral system will result in disqualification and possible account termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of OroLink after changes constitutes acceptance.
